Chef Patrick Fegan

Chef Patrick Fegan brings a new flavor to Scottsdale’s FiAMMA Trattoria, located at James Hotel Scottsdale.  Patrick entered the restaurant industry at age 16 working in the kitchen at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  Three years later he was accepted to a nationally recognized apprenticeship program through the American Culinary Federation at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.  Showing great promise, Fetgan was the first to graduate the extensive three year program, during which he was named ‘Apprentice of the Year.’

After completing the program, Fegan gained invaluable experience at the Fiore and Antonio’s, both located in the Rio Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Windows on The Green at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale and Michael’s at the Citadel also in Scottsdale.  After four years of service at Michael’s. Chef  Patrick Fegan has found a new home at FiAMMA, where, under the guidance New York Times 3-star rated, Corporate Executive Chef-Partner Michael White, he will undoubtedly continue to provide the same level of excellence that has defined his career.
