Chef Robert Hutson

Robert Hutson has over 10 years of experience with RigaTony’s and the company’s sister restaurants – Iguana Mack’s and Chops. Hutson has been instrumental in the menu development at RigaTony’s and was promoted to head chef at the Chandler location in 2004. Hutson’s responsibilities include researching and testing new recipes, supervising culinary school internships, and crew training and development.

Hutson grew up in Maine where against all odds and logic his parents opened a Mexican restaurant, which turned out to be a huge success. Hudson has a genetic predisposition for creating and serving delicious food and after he moved to Arizona, it was only a matter of time before he and RigaTony’s discovered each other.

In his spare time he enjoys watching the food channel, hiking, playing video games and collecting unusual t-shirts. His favorite cuisine (besides Italian) is Chinese.
