Festival Finale Promises Delicious Elegance
Best of the Fest™ Culminates the 26th Annual Scottsdale Culinary Festival

(Scottsdale, AZ) - March 15, 2004 - The crème de la crème top off the 26th Annual Scottsdale Culinary Festival with an elegant Sunday evening affair aptly named, the Best of the Fest™. This symphony de cuisine is a well-orchestrated evening of culinary creations and fantastic wines all prepared before your very eyes by conducting chefs.

On Sunday, April 18th the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale will host ten hand picked chefs, premier wineries and guests ready to enjoy a five-star dinner and wine pairing. Each year chefs vie for these ten coveted spots. The ten chefs will demonstrate their culinary mastery by creating a five-course meal at tableside for two tables of twenty guests to match and complement selected vineyard presentations.

"This evening is the festival's grand finale! It's filled with decadent cuisine, wine, and great folks. Best of the FestTM is bittersweet as the night is exploding with energy from acclaimed chefs but at the same time is the farewell to this year's festival. It truly is an evening to remember," says Tom Wiltbank, event chairperson. The evening commences with a sparkling wine aperitif followed by dinner and a raffle of the original artwork featured in this year's Festival poster.
