Watch, Sample, and Savor Cooking Demonstrations
by National and Local Celebrity Chefs

- February 17, 2003 - On Saturday, April 12th and Sunday, 13th national
celebrity chefs join Arizona's celebrity chefs to create a "Wonderful
Gourmet World of Food & Wine." Watch, sample and savor your
way through fine foods and cooking demonstrations from the best of the
best from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza.
Learn the tricks of the trade from the masterminds behind your favorite
restaurants - there's Chef Bradford Thompson of Mary Elaine's, Chef
Jeremiah Tower of Jeremiah Tower Cooks, Chef Richard Sandoval
of Maya in New York City and Tamayo in Denver.

The Scottsdale League
for the Arts (SLA) is a non-profit volunteer organization made up of
concerned and caring individuals who invest their time and effort. SLA
contributes to the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, the Arts in Education
Council, and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. Memberships
are available for $125 annually. This is a fun way to become involved
in your community and expand your knowledge in the art and culinary
fields.
