Local, national and international culinary extraordinaires were honored while enjoying a fabulous dining extravaganza at the Marquesa, a AAA Five Diamond Award Winning Restaurant located at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort and Spa.

The "Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame" honors those who have made significant contributions to the culinary profession in Arizona. Five culinary professionals, chosen by their peers on the basis of five criteria, were inducted into the Hall of Fame on this important evening.
