There's Nothing Stuffy about this Black Tie Culinary Adventure
(Scottsdale,
AZ) February 11, 2004--
Black tie attire sets the tone for a glittering five star night on Saturday,
April 17, 2004, as you and other guests are taken on a progressive dinner
tour to some of the Valley's most prominent restaurants.
Indulge in a three-course
meal with each course being served at a different Valley restaurant.
"A winemaker accompanies each coach and pairs wines with each course
making a unique interactive experience for the participants," says
Chairperson Terry Spagnola.
The evening begins with a reception at the Westin Kierland and ends
there with dessert and dancing. Each coach can accommodate 28 people,
making it the perfect occasion for you and your closest friends or associates.
We'll take care
of the coaches, exquisitely prepared cuisine and exceptional wines --
just bring your appetite for gourmet fare as Le Tour Culinaire
takes you on an extraordinary adventure. Rub elbows with vintners as
they unveil their private reserves. Experience surprise chefs pulling
out all the stops as you sample creations from an impressive line-up
of the Valley's best restaurants such as The Roaring Fork, La Hacienda,
The Grill, Las Ventanas and the Marquesa of the Fairmont Princess Resort,
Different Pointe of View, Fleming's, elements, Furio, Franco's Italian
Caffé, Acacia of the Four Seasons, Mosaic, Eddie V's, Elevé,
and Mezcal. Wines are provided by host wine makers and a sweet finale
follows this progressive dinner.
Le Tour Culinaire
sweeps appreciative guests off their feet at the Westin Kierland
on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. to begin this culinary adventure
and brings them back to the Westin Kierland afterward for dancing and
dessert until midnight.
