The Season For Eating - Wining and Dining

(Scottsdale, AZ) - January 23, 2003 - On Sunday, April 13th leave your worries behind for an afternoon of leisure, luxury and what could be described as the ultimate dining extravaganza at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival "Wine Country Brunch".

This glorious brunch focuses on winning combinations as food and wine combine to sooth your palate. With wine hand selected from ten winemakers chosen to bring out the best in chef creations and vice versa. Taste, sip and savor your way through wines from Trefethen, Robert Mondavi, Caterina and Tobin James to name a few and culinary delights by Chef Simon Purvis.

The Four Season's plays host to this palate-pleasing event and silent auction from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on the loveliest of all afternoons, Sunday.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet winemakers and experience the perfect pairing of flavors. The Four Seasons has your dining passport as you may choose from an array of perfectly crafted culinary treasures coming together to create this immaculate brunch selection. From made-to-order omelets to crisp savory salads and succulent seafood including Chardonnay Poached Tiger Prawns and Marinated Tuna sashimi, this is one brunch not to be missed.

The cuisine doesn't stop there as an exquisitely selected cheese board, herb-crusted prime beef strip loin carving station, a vast assortment of risotto and panini will all also play a part of this food and wine feast.

Dive into the decadent deserts of Chef Anthony including Chocolate Drenched Strawberries, Rum Cream Profitiroles and White Chocolate Cheese Cake.

Tickets are only $55 so you can spend the rest of the dough bidding on silent auction items and dressing to impress in resort attire. Sundays are the reason for eating - sit back, relax and indulge at the "Wine Country Brunch".
