Chef Dominic O’Neill is currently the Executive Chef and a full-time faculty member of the Scottsdale Community College Culinary Arts Program. He helped design and implement the opening of the 10,000 square foot Culinary Arts facility at SCC. Chef O’Neill has been a Hot Foods chef/instructor at SCC for more than 20 years.
Having held Executive Chef positions at numerous 5-star resorts both abroad and in the United States, Chef O’Neill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his students. He also holds the distinction of being an Arizona Hall of Fame Chef.
Chef O’Neill has developed a software program on cooking techniques used for training by more than 250 schools across the United States. SCC presently uses the software as a “text book” for the world’s first accredited online cooking classes.
Chef O’Neill lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Paula and their two children.
