www.scottsdaleculinaryfestival.org. All contest entries must be received on the web site by 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time on February 15
th, 2008. Entries limited to one (1) per person. Contestants must provide valid e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over identity of the on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by holder of the e-mail account on the date the entry was submitted.
2. Drawing: On or about February 18, 2008, a random drawing, from all eligible entries received will be conducted by an independent party. Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Prize: Grand Prize includes: Two Southwest Airlines roundtrip tickets. Roundtrip airfare on Southwest Airlines is from closest major airport to winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Four night stay for two, dinner for two and spa and golf for two at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and two tickets to the following Scottsdale Culinary Festival events: Carnivale de Cuisine(Fri), Great AZ Picnic(Sat), Cooks and Corks(Sat), On the Rocks Cocktail Party(Sat), Wine Country Brunch(Sun) and Best of the Fest(Sun) during the week of April 8, 2008. All expenses not specified herein are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $3,000. Income and other taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion, in the event of prize unavailability. No prize transfer. Prize must be used during April 2008.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal US residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Must be 21 years and older as of August l, 2007. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Scottsdale League for the Arts. Employees of Scottsdale League for the Arts, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents advertising, promotion agencies, and the immediate families or persons residing in the household of each are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants release the of Scottsdale League for the Arts their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, or if prizes or prize notifications are returned or are otherwise undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
5. To Claim Prize: The winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about February 18th, 2008 by a representative of Scottsdale League for the Arts "sponsor," whose random selection is final. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Mechanical reproductions are not eligible. Winner will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 5 days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned to sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 7 days of receiving liability/publicity release. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, hometown and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner and all travelers release sponsor and prize givers and their agents and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize.
